I have worked operationally in CCGs, provider organisations (acute, community, mental health and primary care services) and independent provider organisations, as well as strategically at NHS England, Dept of Health and Kings Fund.

Deliverables include: national transformational change programmes to deliver new models of care; bespoke improvement programmes in underperforming acute trusts, ambulance trusts, PCTs, GP practices; embedded clinical research across patient pathways, influenced NHS national policy at the Dept of Health; and national training at NIHR on change and project management.
